Need help with new router.

I've been using a D-Link DI-604 in the past, but it wasn't good enough to handle torrents and extreme downloading. So I was forced to directly connect to a PC for some tasks. I'm trying to prevent this in the future.

I have 2 PCs, a laptop and an XBOX 360. In the past I used a wired setup, but if possible I'd like to also have the possibility to be able to use a wireless connection for a laptop and portable consoles.

I'll be stressing the network with torrents, mIRC etc. I have looked around on the net and presumable linksys has great stuff.

Sorry for bumping this thread. I still haven't bought anything, but I will have to soon. Can anyone please recommend a reliable router that doesn't crash when stressed a little. It doesn't have to be wireless if they are less reliable than wired ones.
