I'm kinda bummed out now.. We just installed the new router. It's a Kingston KNR4TXDS 4-port Internet Router. Service is provided by Road Runner, and before the router was installed, I was getting speeds of 2.0mb/s and higher on several speed test sites... Now, those speeds are cut in half, and it takes much longer for a simple web page to begin to load up. If I disconnect the router and put it back to just using the cable modem, then speeds resume to the usual "fastness" that i was used to. And no, no one else on the router is using the internet when i perform the speed tests... I haven't changed any settings anywhere, all of this is rather new to me. Does anyone know what i can do to allow the super speeds while going through the router?
THANKS!
~Mark
