Need help with new monitor purchase...

Okay, for anyone who knows my previous post, (see below) I think I will have to purchase a new monitor..so im looking at another CRT, flat preferably, and 19"and not higher then $225 preferably..I just cant stand that refresh problem anymore. Any after thanks sales or anything else? What are some good brands....ive have my Dell CRT for 5 years so im not really too familiar with any other monitor brands But if it is the monitor that is causing the problem, i will most likley get a new one...thanks

Looks like they be outta stock but they make quality monitors........... pick and choose for your price range.
