Need help with new Ipad Air

I bought an Ipad Air today and i would really appreciate if you guys would help me setting it up.

Currently, in the pull down notification centre the weather details are displayed along with "Weather provided by Yahoo". However since I am not in the US, the weather details are wildly inaccurate.
I went to Privacy -> Location Settings -> and turned off location for weather. As a result the weather detail is not displayed anymore but "Weather provided by Yahoo" is still shown. How do i remove that line? It really really annoys me.

I have tried downloading another weather app hoping it would over ride this but that didn't help.
