Ordering from Newegg? Will be some serious improvement over your current rig, you can be sure of that... :)

Don't buy yourself such a SLI board if you're not gonna use it... :( A regular nForce 4 Ultra will do just about as fine...

Now's the time to get that MSI 7800GT, especially if you're getting COD2 with it... eVGA sells one 16 bucks cheaper, but hey, no COD2... ;) BTW your pricing isn't right anymore on that one... you can drop some more money after Mail-In Rebate...

Drop the SeaSonic, damn they may be good and silent, but are really too expensive for what you'll be getting... You can get a much more powerful (and even SLI certified) Antec TruePower 2.0 550W for $ 10 less...

The rest looks about right to me... OCZ mem is very decent, your proc is a little overclocking miracle, but for the money you'll have spared with that M-I Rebate, the mobo and your PSU, you can buy a Maxtor of 300GB...

EDIT: Why don't you buy yourself a cheap Fortron, and take the PSU from your current rig...? If it's a dual 12V 480W PurePower, those are very decent as well... You could spend it on a Dual Core maybe... drop the Maxtor in that case and buy a X2 3800+...

What is the specs on the RAM? The lantecy might be a little better if you get 4 sticks of 512mb instead of two 1 gigs.
