Need Help with new Bill Board Ads

saw this billboard on 635 westbound near the Bass Pro Exit in Grapevine....

plain white background with black letters that read "F EL PRICES"

was talking with some co-workers about this and we think that the 'U' in FUEL is missing so it has to do something with that...

any other ideas???

There is apparently some epidemic of Billboard ads in the Dallas/FW area where the "U" is missing from random sayings. I think it's a newspaper campaign where "The only thing missing is "you."

Been hearing about this for a few weeks now.
