need HELP with new ASUS SLI rig, please help

I build a computer system with the new ASUS SLI board. I bough all new components for this system and i have had nothing but trouble with it.

First time around, it wouldn't play any audio thru the onboard ports, but it would play it through a PCI card. I returned it to computerhq.com (don't buy from them). Then after they received the board, they informed me that it takes about 3 weeks for me to get the board back. BS

So after a couple phone calls, i finally got them to send it to me the next day.

Just from looking at the board, it looked like they sent me someone elses return. The two audio port towers had little marks on it. Either they did a inhouse fix, or they sent me a used one. There were other small marks and scratches on the board.

So i have installed the operating system about 15 times since then. I get random blue screen errors during boot up, they go by so fast i can't read what it says. When i finally get it up and running, the video is messed up at times (it blacks the screen for 2 seconds at random times,... moving files, properties, startign programs....)
It is really slow on the internet, most of my download crap out.
I thought it might be the memory, because the errors seem to be random. I ran the memtest, from a boot cd for about 4 hours, no error what so ever. I also double checked on the corsair.com website and made sure my memory is combadable.

My specs are
ASUS A8N SLI-Deluxe
BFG 6800GT PCI-E
Raptor 10k SATA (main drive)
Maxtor 300GB SATA (storage drive)
Samsung DVD/RW
Enermax 495 PSU
Corsair 512x2 3200
Windows XP Pro (original install CD)

I unplugged anything that isn't needed to get the thing up and running. I tried it on both NIC ports. At one time, when it booted into windows for a couple days, i updated the BIOS on the motherboard to ver 1.06 (might have been 1.6, i forgot)

I'm at my wits end, i don't have a second rig with the right specs to test each part seperately. The PCI-E and SATA ports are not an option on my old board.

All the parts listed above, except the Install CD are brand new.

PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS THING OUT

Well thats where i have a problem. I don't have neither a diff. PCI-E or a PCI video card. The card is brand new, so i'm not sure if that would cause the problem.

I have the same problem with the Processor, i don't have another socket 939 laying around.
