Need Help With New 21" Monitor

First the monitor works fine and I love it. But I have the resolution set at 1600x1200 and the fonts on alot of websites are to small I have the fonts set to the largest setting in IE 6 ? and in windows 2000 still pretty small. And the fonts in alot of my desktop programs are to small Like winamp 3.0 WAY to small and I don't think there is a way to adjust the fonts in winamp and one more thing while im here my pointer is so small I have a hard time seeing it. Like the font I am typing right now is REAL small. Do you guy,s now of any software out there that will help with thease problems? or any suggestions

Set it to a lower resolution?

Duh!

1280 or 1152. There is no obligation to run it that high.

LOL, then use the "magnifier" utlity in accessibility accesssories, that'll make that small stuff readable...or lower the resolution could work
