need help with netscape

The school where I work has a computer that has some bad sites that a student went to that show up in the drop down bar at the top of the netscape page. We can not seem to find a way to erase them. I cleared the cache but this did not work. How do I get rid of all the sites in the drop down address bar? thanks!
