When I was a kid (late 70's, early 80's era), there was a series of toys that pretty much ripped off Star Wars. Does this sound familiar to anyone else?
It had this Darth Vader looking bad guy, but he had a round black helmet.
There was a robot that looked like a cylinder and had "tank tracks" to move around. This robot had a switch on the back that would make it blink on and off. It also had two arms- one with a + for a hand, and one with a - for a hand.
There was a silver humanoid guy with a green head.
Finally, the robot on tracks would fit in this large flying saucer ship. You could put the robot on a platform in the middle of the ship, swing the door closed, and snap the landing gear back into place. You could then flip a switch and the door would slowly "click" open, the landing gear would come down, and the robot you roll out of the ship on a ramp.
I want to say the toy line had the name Zod or something in it. Does anyone remember the name of these?
