Need Help With My Santum-Reloaded

Hi guys i've just downloaded sanctum and installed it but the multiplayer doesn't work only the single player.When i try to host or join a game it starts the map but wihtin a few seconds of the map the exe crashes.
It does exactely like this in the video at this link (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J7SPRB16sbk) but only in multiplayer

Please Help!!!
