Hi guys...I'm new here...so hallo first & sorry if this thread is old TOPIC.....

I have a problem that Bother me....

I have a
-Pioneer DVD-106s
-Win2k SP2
-Celeron 733Mhz
-PowerDVD 4 XP
-DVDGenie

I Already Flash the DVD-106s with Firmware 1.22 RPC-1 & check it with DVDinfo....& It said that My DVD-ROM is Region Free...

Strange things is..Not all DVD Movie I can play...
There is some I can Play & Some I Can't

I have this message from PowerDVD :
"A disc with Unsupported Format in drive F:"

I tried to play the Movie which I can't play with my HOME DVD PLAYER (My fathers)....It work fine...

Now I have tried what NIL said : Swith My DVD-ROM from Master to Slave or Vice versa....It did'nt worked Out...

So now some of my DVD movie Can't be play on my CPU & Some can...

I'm sure this is not a REGION issues...Cos I've tried a different Region of DVD Movie (Which is running) & it is all work fine...

To conclude the thing is ...

e.g.
1. DVD A Region all (all region DVD)
Work Fine in my CPU & HOME DVD PLAYER

2. DVD B REgion 1
Work Fine in my CPU But can't be played in My Home DVD PLAYER (Since My home DVD Players Region is region 3)

3. DVD C Region 3
Work Just fine with Both

4. some of my DVD region all (All region DVD)
Can;t work with my CPU (Message from PowerDVD : "A disc with unsupported format in drive F: ) BUT...Amazingly work fine with My HOME DVD players....

Could some one help me please???
Thanks & best regard
