need help with my new system

I just currently put together a new system with A64 3000+, MSI K8N NEO2, 1 GB RAM and it will not boot up to the bios screen. I have installed the D-bracket that came with my MSI mobo and so far my system get stuck at Processor initalization.

Dead processor!!!

When I used to have an MSI board with Dbracket it was usually quite accurate......

send it back to where it came from...hopefully they will send another straight out....or try to find some nice friends with A64's that will let you test your processor.

Opps my bad I Forgot to connect the molex to my 6800GT ::cringes::. Well Im glad it wasnt a dead processor.
