Need help with my new Syncmaster 955DF

I play CS alot. When I had my old monitor...the graphics weren't choppy. Now that I got my new monitor, it gets a bit choppy. I get 50-60 FPS all the time. I'm running a Maxtor G400 32MB Dualhead. My OS is Windows XP Proffesional. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks.

Have you changed the refresh rate too see if that helps any?
