Need Help with my new MSI K7T266 Pro Raid Motherboard (MS-6380)

I am running an AMD 1.4 Ghz 266 mhx FSB chip on the MS-6380 board. It came defaulted to run at 1050 Mhz and a 200 Mhz FSB. I would like to advance the FSB to 266 Mhz and the Processor clock speed up to the 1400 Mhz. The last time I bumped the FSB up from 100/200 Mhz to 133/266 Mhz, it froze up and eventually the chip stopped working. I got the chip replaced. How are you supposed to alter these changes on this motherboard?
