Hi, i'm trying to upgrade this mobo to a PIII 600E. I went to their site and flashed my mobo and looked at the jumpers and all but it still won't boot with a PIII 600E (i have two of them). It is suppose to support up to 800MHz too. Celerons and PIIs with a 66MHz FSB work fine, but the instructions or instructions on the web don't say how i would change it to 100MHz FSB, it says that it is just suppose to be able to detect it accordingly. HELP! Thanks!

Very few of the 6119 boards had the right Winbond chip to support Cu-Mine PIII's. A Celeron II on a slotket will work just fine at 100 FSB but a true Cu-Mine PIII just won't post because it locks itself into reset. The ONLY 6119 that supports a PIII Cu-Mine is the one that has the Cu-Mine sticker on the Winbond chip. I bet yours doesn't and I've never seen one that did. They WILL run a PIII Katami CPU and a FC-PGA Celeron on a slotket but not a Cu-Mine. Also note that there are 2 BIOS Types for the 6119. Plug and Play CPU and Standard. The Standard gives you an Advanced option that allows you to set the FSB in some revisions. I believe it is the MS revision but I don't remember for sure.
