Need help with my linksys 10/100 integrated pc card

i have a ibm thinkpad 1200 series and i am trying to get a linksys 10/100 integrated pc card (type2 pcmcia) to work , i plug it in install drivers and it i got the link light on the card to light up and my hub showed it connected , then i had to reset after i put my @home information in, After reset my hub no longer reconizes it and the link light did not come on only the 10/100 light , is it the card or my pcmia slots ? i have tried every thing

Reinstall the drivers, I know you probably have already but Im thinkin its a driver issue, does device manager show any problems?
