Need help with my GeForce 2 GTS!!!

I have a p3-667 w/ 133MHz fsb running on an Abit BF6. My PCI ratio is at 1/4 (33MHz) and my AGP ratio is at 2/3 (89MHz). When I turn on my computer I get no video signal even though it sounds like it's booting up. I have to restart 2-3 times before I get a signal. Has anybody come across this problem? I just upgraded from a GeForce 256 SDR and I never had that problem before.
 
it's my video card. i switched back to my old geforce 256 sdr and the beeping was gone. then i put the gts back in the beeping came back...
