can someone give me a hand. im running the CPUID and in the Graphic area it said

500 MHZ Core 1000 MHZ Memory but on my Box it sais

HIS ICEQ4 Turbo 650 MHZ Clock 2GHZ Memory

Why is it not running at that speed?

That's your 2D/idle GPU clock speed. It drops to 500MHz to save power. Also, the RAM's speed is effectively doubled (it uses GDDR3, which is double pumped), hence it showing up as half of the 2GHz. Try running a 3d app and your GPU speed should jump to 650.
 
I happend to go to the uninstall area and noticed i never uninstalled any of my nvidia drivers. I just uninstalled all nvidia and ati drivers and im gonna reinstall everything
 
yeah, I use only CCC for overclocking, although its only limited but its safe overclocking...

I overclocked my 4850 to 750 gpu and 950 on the memory... as good as a 4870....
