Need help with mouse double click setting

For some reason on my computer, when i double click on text it would only highlight up to the point where there are numbers. For ex:

1HI1

i can only select "HI" and it would stop. On other computers it would select the entire line. I know where are other ways to do this, but i really like this way and look through my mouse settings and tweakui and couldn't find anything that can change this. Any help would be nice.
