Need Help With Motherboard

I want to boost the FSB from 66 to 83...How do I do this? I know the motherboard is capable of doing so but cant seem to find how. It will boost the performance right? I have Pc-133 ram on the mobo with a 66 FSB.....want to raise up to 83.....help!!! Its a Aopen Ap58 Mobo with 96 MB Pc-133 ram underclocked to 66......166 Mhz pentium....tryting to boost performance...
