Need help with Mobo for skt775

I am having a hard time finding a decent sub $100 board that has Coaxial SPDIF audio out. I need it for a HTPC build.

The board should have decent OC ability to push the E4300 atleast to 300FSB.
It can be ATX or Micro but prefer micro.

Let me know your thoughts
