Hi, I have a MSI Neo2 Platinum and A64 3000 with 2x256 Dell 3-3-3-8 pc3200 ram. I don't know the problem, but I can't run over 185 memory while overclocked. I tried countless configurations and bioses.
I am running this setup right now.
270 HTT
9x CPU
133 divider (180 memory)
Occassionaly, I'll lower the voltage and run 265.
Now, what memory settings should I use for best performance and stability. 3-3-3-8 is what it defaults to at stock speeds. 2-2-2-6 won't boot. 2-3-2-7 is stable below 175. 2.5-3-2-10 is stable at 180.
Some people recommended 2.5-4-3-7 and 2.5-3-3-11 for higher bandwidth. What do you guys suggest.
Also, I might upgrade to a gig if I can do it for under $40. Sell mine for $40 or so and buy value ram.
