Corsair Dominator Platinum 4x8GB 32GB

DDR3 1600 Mhz (PC3 12800) 1.5V CAS 9-9-9-24
DDR3 1866 Mhz (PC3 15000) 1.5V CAS 10-11-10-30
DDR3 2400Mhz (PC3 19200) 1.65V CAS 11-13-13-31

How much of a difference between them?

FYI using DDR3 because mobo is a few years old

If it has similar cost, I will go with 1866 CAS10. Personally, I don't like pre-overvolted stuff from factory because it will give us less headroom for overclocking in the future.

Depends on what platform you are going to be using. For dual channel setups, there can be a fairly significant gain in performance since the mainstream CPUs have less cache, and some don't have HT which masks memory latency. But if it's quad channel like Intel X79, then there's going to hardly be any difference between those memory speeds.

It is Intel X79

Yeah, I would probably just go with the middle speed 1866 then since it's 1.5v and you might be able to tweak the timings if you want to extract as much performance as is possible.
