need help with memory settings

The first 4 from top to bottom are generally what people are talking about when they say 4-4-4-12.

The rest is more difficult to say. Maybe you can adjust it, maybe not. I would not worry too much about the other settings and leave them at stock. You'll see options like 36, 42 etc.

btw: your link is just a list...which did he get off of that list? I'd stick to whatever default the memory lists. Then you're guaranteed to have it working unless the memory is bad from the start. Also keep the voltage in mind because setting too low a voltage can cause the memory not to work properly. If it says 2.0 give it 2.0 at least so as to avoid stability issues.

you don't really need to tweak those timings, they are running pretty tight already, any lower and your system will prolly be unstable.

Your RAM is rated for 5-5-5-15 at stock voltages, so I highly doubt it will run 4-4-4-12 with any kind of voltage at its rated speed considering the ICs that are used in that particular model of RAM. Make sure you do change command rate to 2T though if you want your RAM to run stable at 800 MHz or higher.
