I was wondering if there is a way to make a filled-in implicit plot
(If not, I need help making a filled-in semi-circle)

Mathematica is fantastic once you get the hang of it, but there's a very shallow learning curve in learning its syntax & kinks. I have Mathematica 5.2.

You CAN do it, just keep trying &
that thunderbolt of a breakthrough will happen for you. "I can make it if I try!!!"
