need help with lost device file.

ok just got new t-bird750/asus a7v133 system going last night but im having a boot problem.before you ask the problem happened imediately after loading windows on fresh format.when booting up i get a "cannot find device file that a program may need to run correctly......vnetbios.vxd.i had already put 4 in 1 drivers in and all i had installed besides that was the vid card?everything else seems to work fine.
has anyone heard of this file?is it something i can add to registry or should i reformate and reload windows?
btw im running win98.
 
great found it on my computer.will go over buddys to see if he has it there.if he dont i should beable to put on floppy and add to his systems file right?
