i have a vaio with vista home premium OS. when i shut it down it goes straight to a blue screen and then reboots the computers. With my old laptop and vista there was a recovery FUNCTION button when you started up the computer. im sure this one has it too but it doesnt show you the function keys to enter BIOS or anything like that. I want to make the computer like it came out of the box. can anyone tell me the button to press or a way to fix it? thanks for the help
