Need Help with installing SATA drivers on P5B Deluxe

OK I am not sure if I am listing it right in the title, however I am attempting to install my SEAGATE 320 gb drive via AHCI vs. IDE.

I thought you had to make a boot disc to load the sata drivers? However that is failing at the moment as when it goes through setup it says "The System Cannot Install IaStor.sys"

I have the files on the driver floppy which I created from the ntel(R) Matrix Storage Manager Driver Diskette from Asus's website.

I guess I am a bit lost as far as the correct configuration...this is my first time working with SATA drives.

On Asus's website they have two downloads for RAID

Intel(R) Matrix Storage Manager Driver Diskette v6.0.0.1022

&

Intel(R) Matrix Storage Manager Driver v6.0.0.1022





I need to make the boot disc first obviously which is used during the F6 at install time correct?

Then the second driver is after I am in windows, to install the drivers correct?


Lastly, if I want to install the drive using AHCI vs. IDE I can install it in on of the SATA ports correct? or do I have to install it on the JMicron connector?
