Need help with installing HD

I trying to install my 2 new HD on my computer.... the computer detects it but i can't install the driver for it.. it kept saying "One of the filter drivers installed for this device is invalid" and it wont let me go any further.. could someone help me fix this?
 
it's the 2 maxtor 120GB i tried to RAID them together but i guess i got the oudated software for the RAID.. but i got it now.. thanks for replying
