Need help with Installing Case Fan

here is the case that i have
Im trying toPicture of Case

Im trying to install a fan in the front inside of the case. I am able to take off that white plastic piece but under that there is a metal piece. I'm not sure how to get the metal piece off so that i can install a fan. Any help would be appreciated.

your not getting much airflow through holes that small. buy a dremil and slice it all away.
