Need Help with installing a module

Hi,

I think it is probably pretty simple but it's got me stumped. I installed ActivePERL and I'm trying to install the Crypt::SSLeay module but I have no idea how to. I've extracted the contents but have no idea where to put them or what I'm suppose to do. I tried looking for a module folder within ActivePERL but nothing.

I guess I'm basically just asking how do I install the module into ActivePERL?
