I am trying to install win xp64 on my computer(came today) and i cannot get teh SATA raid drivers installed.

Anyone got this working?

What hardware?

What specific problem are you having? Are you getting an error?


You usually need to have the SATA drivers copied to a FLOPPY and press F6 as soon as you're prompted to when the XP installer starts (unless you're lucky and XP has native drivers for it).

Your old 32-bit drivers may not work. You may need to download 64-bit drivers for your controller from the manufacturer's web site, which may or may not be available yet.
