Need help with injecting drivers into XP without manually installing (imaging)

Hey guys, at work i image a lot of Dell Latitude D620 laptops with Ghost. The way we have it setup before sysprep is manually install video and wireless drivers, since there are 2 different types of each for the same model laptop. Is there an easier way to inject the driver so you dont have to manually install the driver?
 
+1 for nLite

toshiba was awesome enough once to send me a sata based latop with a plain jane xp sp2 dvd so i had to use nlite to inject the drivers
