ive notice my computer is acting very slow at certain times. I was wondering if i caught something off the internet. I just ran hijack this and this is what i got
 
cpmer, you might try some additional antivirus and antispyware scans. Randomly-named .dll's in the Winlogon Notify, like the missing one on your HJT, make me suspicious.

WinSockFix
McAfee scanning utility instructions

Install & update the antispyware apps, update Norton Antivirus and enable Norton's heuristics/compressed-file-scanning/adware/spyware detection for both the real-time and on-demand scans. Then reboot into Safe Mode and scan with Norton, McAfee, Webroot, MS AntiSpyware, then run WinsockFix.
