Need Help With Heatsink

I'm trying to find out what is the best heatsink for Q6600 with a eVGA 680i A1 motherboard. I heard the Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme is the best, but you have to lappe it for it to fit, and I'm really not that comfortable with doing that. I've also heard that the Tuniq Tower 120 is also a really good one, but I've heard that it's kind of hard to get it to fit on the 680i. So what do you guys suggest, and please let me know if you have used your suggested heatsink with a Q6600 on a eVGA 680i A1 motherboard. Thanks for the advice in advanced.
