When I click "new game" it has one chapter to start with, point insertion. When I click on "start new game" it will say loading, and about half way through, it will say "cannot load gman_open.vid". I have completly uninstalled the game twice, and reinstalled it, but it just doesn't work. It worked for me this morning, before I installed trend micro pc-cillin internet security, and C&C generals with expansion pack. I turned off trend micro and I had the same result. Do you think C&C generals is doing this? Should I uninstall trend micro? Any help would be great!
 
That's a really strange problem. The best advice I can give is to head over to SteamPowered.com. Check the support section and the forums. Maybe somebody over there has seen and resolved this issue.
