Annulus

The figure bounded by and containing the area between two concentric circles.

It's just like a doughnut.

All this talk of dounuts had made me hungry!

Did you know that a topologist is a mathematician who cannot tell the difference between a cup of coffee and a dounut?

If you don't want concentric, then annulus would be the word for the the region between to concentric circles.

The center points of two eccentric circles don't coincide. The center points of two concentric circles coincide.
