Hey all..I just picked up a Celery 566, that is supposed to run great at 850.....the mobo is a gateway BX model, and the sloket is apparently a generic one...anyhow, when the package arrived, the sloket had come out of the mobo, and there was a jumper loose as well....when I plugged everything in, the power goes on for the fans, but the system never boots, and my monitor says that the cable is connected, but there is no signal. The AGP card appears to be firmly in its slot, as is the ram.

The loose jumper is black, and the jumpers on the mobo are blue, so I am guessing it comes from the sloket. The sloket jumpers are laid out as follows:

the slocket should have markings on it for voltage jumpering & probably select jumpering for celeron or p3. you'll probably have to set the voltage to 1.8V.
without more info on the slocket, that's as much help & advice I can offer you. can you not ring the supplier with your problem as they shold be very familiar with the setup?
