Need help with gainward cards - powerpack or golden sample?

Well, all of them seem to be powerpacks i mean for gf3 cards. but some have golden sample stickers n some don't. i don't get it, they have the exact same hardware too ( for gf3 ti200 - 4ns mem ) , but wut is the difference if ne?

golden sample allows for much better overclocking...and is supposed to use faster ram...4.0ns instead of 4.5ns on the ti200
