need help with finding a good gaming pc

so im trying to find a good laptop or a desktop for gaming ex: witcher 3,batman arkham knight assasins creed unity etc.. and my budget is 1100$ max maybe 1200$ any recommendations for either laptop or desktop at the price i mentioned something that will run games smoothly.
 
So, you're not willing to build? Do you have a monitor/keyboard/mouse?

Edit: Also, how do you feel about "Open Box" computers?

you could build a great gaming system for that money, if you are willing to take the 2-3 days of time it takes to learn everything there is to know about building a pc.
 
At Newegg, this is the best machine I found under $1.2K. The SSD makes it practically indistinguishable from anything you could build.

But if you need a monitor, this fits your budget better.

Both have GTX 970s installed. 🙂
