Need help with Fantasy Football trade

Somebody in my league proposed this trade to me:
I'd give:
WR - Terrell Owens
RB - Charlie Garner

he gives:
RB - Edgerrin James
WR - Derrick Mason.

First off, I must say that my RB's do suck. I should have had Garner in as a starter, but right now I have Deuce Staley and Jerome Bettis as my two RB's, and they just haven't cut it. So getting James would be a great help for me. But yes, I'd be giving away T.O., who's had a great season so far. I also have Randy Moss though, so my receivers would be ok.

Another problem is that James just had a minor hamstring injury. I don't know how serious it is, but I guess he's going to play this Sunday.

So should I go through with this trade?

Not a bad trade to get you some more depth with your RB's. I would seriously consider it, and would probably go ahead and accept that trade.

how in the world did you get moss and owens, 6 team league?

I'd do it, especially with staley and bettis as your RB's, but I'd always worry about James's durability.

no, it's a 10 team league, but i think those were 2 of my first 3 picks...I also have McNabb. But most other people went for RB's, so I was able to get those guys somehow.
