need help with extraction of drivers from cab files

Basically I have a setup program that installs the drivers (for a PCI PCMCIA adapter). I need to have the drivers contained within the cab files, but I have no way of extracting as of yet. Winzip/winrar dont seem to work at all for this. Any suggestions or questions that may help you answer this question are welcome. Thanks.

Where did the cab file come from? What type of driver? Have you tried with the MS extract tool that comes with windows?

Its basically a driver installation program...only Win2k wont allow it to do it, defaults to its built in (and non functional) driver constanly. It isnt a standard microsoft cabinet file, so I doubt it would work...I can send it to anyone that wants it...
