I know this isn't as difficult as I'm making it but I'm try to take 4 columns of numbers and multiply then by .13 (13%) The columns are A1 through A30 C1 through C30 E1 through E30 and G1 through G30. The total will be in columns B D F and H 1-30. TIA for the help....

in B1, put =A1*0.13

Then drag it down from B1 to B30. Then copy that block and paste it into D, F and H

First of all, I wouldn't recommend doing it like that, because the way Excel is made works much easier if you put the totals at the bottom of their respective columns.

But that doesn't matter. Do what Ozee said and then use the fill handle and drag it down to A30, C30, E30, and G30, respectively.
