I just upgraded my flash BIOS to recognize the new AMD Athlon 1.4 processor I have.
The 6/6/01 update and bootup worked fine, but I am unable to edit CMOS settings.
It's asking me for a password. I've NEVER set one... not with the original BIOS,
and not with the new one. Hitting enter doesn't work, it just continues to prompt
for a password, until I type something. The escape and function keys don't abort
either. I have to use my reset switch just to get out of the CMOS config.
Any ideas how to get around this?
