I made the mistake of buying an "EZ Buddie" computer as manufactured by Elite Computer Systems (ECS). The external power supply died on me and I cannot find anywhere to buy a replacement. ECS is so completely unwilling to help me (not even sure anyone understands what I am talking about) I have filed a complaint with the BBB. All I want is to buy a replacment power supply so I can have a working computer again. Can anyone help.

Computer is EZ Buddie
Power Supply is Model #AD200-12P labeled Chi-Sam Electronic Enterprise

The external power supply (I'm assuming it's a "power brick" type AC adapter) should have some specs on it, like input/output wattage/amperage. What are they?

Input: 100-240V 50-60Hz 3.0A MAX

Output: +12V - 16A

The side that connects to the computer is a "4 pin din" connector I believe?

Thank you for the response, any idea where I can buy one?

I don't think that BGMicro has one that big - that's a 200W PSU. Is it still under warranty? What were the circumstances of its dying? I couldn't locate one with Froogle. About the only places I see mention of it with Google is in relation to some ECS product or other. Worse comes to worse, you could adapt a standard AT or ATX PSU for that purpose. Just requires a bit of cutting and splicing and a couple of load resistors and a switch.
. I would have warned you off of buying any ECS or PC Chips product if you had asked prior to purchase. Even if it is cute. ;)
