I understand that the secon schematic is a 4558 Dual Opamp or for the opamp but I'm not sure how it integreates into the first. Let me know if this is a little vague.
I think you are simply asking "how does the second schematic fit in?"
Ok... the second schematic is the "power supply" circuit for the op-amps in the first schematic. Pin 4 and 8 are power pins... and the second schematic is just showing you that the power pins are supplied with +/- 9V that have a .1uF cap in parallel to help filter supply noise and to provide a local source of quick power for the op-amps if needed. The capacitors should be mounted as close to the op-amps as possible.
