Need help with dual boot Win2k and RH Linux 7

Im trying to install RH Linux 7 on my system, but Im a bit confused by the installation procedure for a dual boot with win2k. I know that win2k needs control over the MBR, so you need to do something special with LILO. I already have win2k installed, but have previously made my two partitions for linux (1 for boot and other for swap and main). So any advice on how to proceed to get the two to work together?
