need help with DSL router

i have a dsl i hook up the router it works and everything but only thing i can do it on server u won't work and in mirc i can only recv. file i can't upload them to any one. if can body can help me my ashfaq@sacemail.comim useing d-link router and hub i have a 5port hub and 4 port hub hook up together.
