I'm trying to make an IT trouble ticket for our company. I know the basics of how to create a protected fill-in document template in Word, but this last part has me stumped. I want to have one drop-down field with the choices of Computer Hardware, Computer Software, Phone, Internet, Miscellaneous. If they choose Computer Hardware, I want the second drop-down field to offer the choices of Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, etc. If they choose Computer Software, I want the choices of Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.
Is there a way to do this in MS Word '97?
